Vision and Mission
Manresa House is nestled in the picturesque island of Gozo, ten minutes from the centre of the ancient capital, Victoria (Rabat). A peaceful, beautifully built, Jesuit-run retreat house, dating back to 1810, ‘Manresa’ offers fully refurbished facilities, while preserving its local character, with views of the blue Mediterranean sea and the charming countryside.
Facilities
Chapel and Prayer Room
There is one chapel in the house and a small prayer room where there is also the presence of the Blessed Sacrament.
Conference and Meeting Rooms
There is one large conference room which can take a maximum of 120 people. There are two other meeting rooms with have the capacities to hold 20 and 36 people respectively. All are equipped with video projection equipment and are air-conditioned.
Accommodation
The bedrooms have en-suite shower and toilet facilities. Most rooms are twin-bedded and the Retreat House can accommodate up to 60 people in total.
Specially equipped rooms and facilities are available for wheelchair-bound persons.

Other Rooms and Facilities
There are two dining rooms in the house. The main dining room is brightly lit, with warm sunshine streaming in for most parts of the day. Food is freshly prepared daily by a dedicated staff and individual dietary needs can be catered for. A separate smaller dining room caters for visitors on silent retreats, providing an atmosphere of recollection during meal times.
The house has a library with a variety of books mostly on spirituality.
