Seminar: Reflecting on Ignatian Spirituality Through Film

On the occasion of 500 years from the conversion of Saint Ignatius of Loyola, we intend to examine and understand more deeply some fundamental aspects of Ignatian spirituality, such as Ignatian indifference or better interior freedom; freedom and choice; the grace of the Third Week: suffering with the suffering Christ; the Two Standards… Among the films we shall be watching together will be The Mission, The Giver, Calvary, and The Devil’s Advocate.
Each meeting will start with a brief introduction and then the projection of a film, followed by sharing on the film. Participants are required to part in both parts of the sessions.
