Retreat for families

Sometimes we may see family life and family chores as dreary and mundane. Other times we can look at going to work everyday, parenting and spending time together as part of a bigger picture. We understand that spirituality can exist in the midst of family daily pressures even if it is challenging. This is what Ignatian Spirituality is all about: noticing God’s presence in the midst of our family life.
This family retreat, during Lent, aims to help you see God as being active and working in and around your life and those you love. During the retreat, there will be time for personal and shared prayer and also optional sharing groups. You will also have the space to relax in a constructive way with your family. A separate programme will be running for the children.
